2016 Volunteer of the Year Award – Deadline extended
The Volunteer of the Year Awards for Islington 2016 is now open for nominations!
To commemorate the passing of our long term Trustee and local councillor we are adding the Pat Haynes Memorial Trustee Award.
We are also featuring a Team of the year award for the first time. Therefore, this year there will be 6 awards:
1. Young Volunteer of the Year: 16 – 25 year olds
2. Volunteer of the Year: 26 – 60 year olds
3. Older Volunteer of the Year: 60+ year olds
4. Pat Haynes Memorial Trustee of the Year
5. Volunteering Team of the Year
6. Employee Volunteer of the Year
The awards are sponsored again by Double tree by Hilton Islington in conjunction with the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar and Grill.
Closing date for Nominations is Friday 21th October 2016 at 10am, please return your completed nomination forms to Christopher.Taylor@vai.org.uk by that date.
Prizes and certificates will be handed out at our AGM on Wednesday 2nd November 2016 at 6.30pm
