Discretionary rate relief

The Voluntary and Community Sector Sub-Committee agreed new criteria for discetionary rate relief at their meeting on 21st July. Following representations from the voluntary sector the monitoring of organisations will be less onerous than originally proposed and the period of the award will be for 3 years (and in future for 4 years) .
